Clex and noncon

While I don't normally read smallville, I have just been going through the slash advent calender. What is it with Clex and non-con? There have been three stories that I have read in the last couple of hours that have lines similar to "Let me go" "No" from Clark and Lex. REPEATEDLY. What is with this? When someone says "NO!" or "Let Me Go!" you are supposed to at least make a token acknowledgment that they don't want what you are doing. And no rape warnings on these things. Not even dub-con warnings. What is with this? I don't want to read about non-con sex. AGGGHH!
